🥦חווית פארם טו טייבל Farm To Table:
נתחיל בחשיפת הסיפור המיוחד של החווה שם נלמד על מגוון הירקות שגדלים בה.
🥕קטיף וטעימות:
נקטוף ונטעם ירקות אורגניים טריים ישירות מהאדמה.
🍽️ בראנץ' בשדה:
לאחר מכן, נתכנס סביב שולחן בחיק הטבע לבראנץ' מפנק עם ירקות טריים שזה עתה נקטפו ותוצרת מקומית מעולה ממשקים בארץ.
🍳 בישול בשדה:
נבשל לקול ציוץ הציפורים ואל מול נוף ערוגת הירקות, מי שירצה להצטרף יוכל ללמוד כיצד להפוך את התוצרת המקומית לארוחה טעימה וצבעונית.
🍷 ארוחה ויין:
נשב יחד לארוחה מכל הדברים הטובים שהכנו, הארוחה כוללת 3 טעימות יין מאזורים שונים בארץ.
על המשק
'משק אורגניקא', משק חקלאי אורגני שנמצא בעוטף עזה. נשמע על סיפורם המרגש של אבי וספיר חביביאן, שהקימו משפחה בת 8 נפשות המתפרנסת מהמשק. נשמע על הפגיעה וההרס ב-7.10 ועל התקומה של המשק, החקלאות המקומית והתושבים.

About the Experience
🥦 Farm-to-Table Experience:
We’ll begin by discovering the unique story of the farm and learning about the variety of vegetables grown there.
🥕 Harvest & Tasting:
We’ll pick and taste fresh organic vegetables straight from the soil.
🍽️ Brunch in the Field:
We’ll then gather around a table in nature for a delicious brunch featuring freshly harvested vegetables and excellent local produce from farms across Israel.
🍳 Cooking in the Field:
We’ll cook to the sound of birdsong, overlooking the vegetable beds. Those who wish to join can learn how to turn local produce into a delicious and colorful meal.
🍷 Meal & Wine:
We’ll sit together and enjoy a meal made from all the wonderful things we’ve prepared. The meal includes three wine tastings from different regions of Israel.
About the Farm
‘Organika Farm’ is an organic farm located in the Gaza Envelope. We’ll hear the story of Avi and Sapir Habibian, who built a family of eight and make their living from the farm. We’ll also hear about what happened to the farm and the local community on October 7th, and about the journey of rebuilding the farm and the local agriculture since then.
